If you sell from Egypt, the public pricing page shows plan amounts in EGP for comparison. That is seller-plan pricing — what it costs to use GrowVai — not the prices on your product cards.
Buyer payments (your customers)
When a buyer orders from your storefront, money is meant to go to you: gateway checkout where enabled, cash on delivery, InstaPay, bank transfer, or your own payment link. GrowVai does not sit in the middle of that GMV. COD remains one option among others; treat it as operations, not as the product category. Guide: COD for online sellers.
Seller billing (you paying for the platform)
Subscription access for paid tiers is coordinated through plan gifts and admin approvals. Where online payment for that access is enabled for Egypt, options can include EasyKash (card, wallets, Fawry) or InstaPay. Contact support when you are ready to upgrade — see upgrade and billing.
How to talk about this without confusing buyers
- Do not put “pay GrowVai” language on your storefront
- Do put how the buyer pays you on the product and order path
- Keep plan upgrades as an internal / support conversation until access is granted
Free vs paid timing: when to upgrade. Platform definition: what is GrowVai.
