Stay on Free when
- You are publishing the first products and sharing the shop link
- You are still learning which SKUs actually sell
- Order volume is low enough that you can confirm everything the same day
- You do not need a custom domain yet
Upgrade toward Growth when
- You hit product, order, or storage caps in a normal week
- You want more AI guidance capacity for weekly operating questions
- You need analytics depth that Free does not include
- You are preparing for Discover eligibility or a custom domain (higher tiers)

How paid access actually works
Paid plan access is granted through plan gifts and admin approvals. The prices on the pricing page are for comparison. Contact support when you are ready to upgrade — do not expect an unsupervised self-serve checkout for every market yet.
Do not confuse seller billing with buyer payments
Your customers pay you (gateway, COD, InstaPay, bank transfer, or your link). GrowVai subscription billing is how you pay for the platform. We do not hold your GMV. See what is GrowVai.
