Cash on delivery (COD) lets buyers pay when the order arrives. On GrowVai it is one payment option among others — not the product category.
Using COD
- Enable COD in your payment settings if you offer it
- Confirm phone and address before shipping
- Mark collected or failed in the order desk after delivery
Important
You (or your courier) collect the cash. GrowVai tracks order and collection status; it is not your bank and does not hold COD funds. Pair COD with prepaid options when buyers can pay earlier.
